Reservation, Deposit, & Cancellation Policies
To make a reservation for a trip or shuttle service,
contact us.
To reserve your place, we require a deposit of payment in full when
you make your reservation. (If there is enough time, you may mail us a
check.)
We know there are times when commitments cannot be kept. We rely
mainly on advanced reservations, and cancellations cannot be readily
filled. Therefore, we cannot accept cancellations. To be fair to all
concerned, we will offer you a rain check if you need to postpone your
trip or shuttle service for any reason.
The Dan River Company, Inc. reserves the right to postpone trips due
to dangerous weather or water conditions. In the event that we must do
this, for your protection, we will issue you a rain check and reschedule
your trip or shuttle service.
